You can choose from the following four trim levels with the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox: the L, LS, LT, and Premier. The 2020 Chevrolet Equinox features two engine choices. The base engine is a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that works together with a six-speed automatic transmission to produce 170 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. For a more spirited performance, opt for the available turbocharged 2.0-liter engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission to generate 252 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. When powered by this engine, the Chevrolet Equinox can tow up to 3,500 pounds. Except for the base trim that features a front-wheel-drive system only, all other trims are available with either front- or all-wheel drive.
